Gary J. Reckner
President of HGMM Board of Directors
Gary Reckner has been with HGMM since it’s beginning in the fall of 2008. The ministry is hosted at his private family ranch, where he serves daily in maintaining the ranch building and beautiful land. He is not only invaluable in his service onsite, but also his wisdom, support, and direction of the ministry as it continues to grow and expand. He recently retired from his position at the NRCS Department of Agriculture, where he worked over the western Kentucky offices. His wife Kathy and family also serve alongside him at their ranch in rural Kentucky.
Vice President of HGMM Board of Directors
Jon Kostbade has supported HGMM since the very first camp, by sending his children to camp, bring horses in to use during camp, and providing valuable feed back as we continued to grow. He officially joined the Board of Directors in the summer of 2012 and has served faithfully as Vice President ever since. Jon lives with his wife Laura and their seven children in Henderson, Kentucky where they also have a ranch where they raise high quality registered black angus cattle. Jon is the owner of a metal manufacture company in Henderson. We appreciation Jon and his family’s dedication to our ministry and vision.
Brystol R. Kilpatrick
HGMM Assistant Executive Director
Brystol Reckner, the founder of HGMM in 2008, has dedicated herself since day one to the vision of HGMM to impart truth, zeal, and purpose into the lives of children, young people and families. She started her ministry experience with another like-minded organization during her teen years and during that time the Lord gave her the vision to start HGMM. She has poured hours of time and energy into her work here, and is always investing in all those around her. We are so grateful for her compassionate heart and following the Lord in His leading and direction for HGMM through the years. Brystol and her husband Philip live in Vermont with their daughter, Kensley.
Treasurer of HGMM Board of Directors
Terrell Hendrich joined our board in the summer of 2012 as Treasurer. Terrell has been a great source of wisdom and advice, particularly in our finance department, where we feel very blessed to have him on our team. Terrell works as an accountant and financial adviser for a Christian international service organization located in Big Sandy, TX, where he and his family reside for part of the year. He also owns family farm land in Kansas, where they spend the other part of the year. Terrell and his wife Melody have been blessed with 9 wonderful children and are a joy to be around.
